Welcome to The Cardinal Collective.

GTM strategy built for founders at the intersection of hospitality and technology.

I help early-stage hospitality and lifestyle-brand founders build the go-to-market side of their business: positioning, sales enablement, and growth strategy as your fractional partner.

I build the systems, get you traction, and hand it off to your team when you're ready.

Fractional GTM Partner

Most Popular for Startups

I'm your go-to-market functional partner, connecting marketing, sales, and product around the end customer so you can test your product in the market with confidence.

Includes:

  • Market, competitive, and ICP analysis: translated into real sales plays and messaging, not just a persona doc

  • Customer journey mapping across marketing, sales, and product touch points

  • Sales process design, playbooks, talk tracks, and rep/motion onboarding

  • Sales operations: CRM Support, pipeline management, and reporting through data insights

  • UX and product-experience recommendations based on buyer and customer feedback

  • Campaign planning and calendar strategy (not execution/ownership)

  • Founder storytelling and light PR/social direction

Best for: Early-stage founders with a product (or close to launch) but no repeatable way to sell it — usually the first 0–12 months of go-to-market, before there's a dedicated sales or marketing hire. If you are a founder who is also doing the sales, marketing, and product feedback yourself, and need someone to build the system once instead of patching it as you go.

Sales Enablement - On Demand

Bring in dedicated sales enablement expertise: Learning Management Systems, sales playbooks, onboarding, methodology, and coaching without a full-time hire.

Includes:

  • Sales playbooks & scripts

  • Objection Handling

  • Inbound & Outbound Strategic Planning

  • Sales Rep onboarding programs

  • Pipeline & deal coaching

  • Sales methodology adoption

  • Performance metrics & reporting

  • Manager Training & Accountability Sessions

  • Training Content and LMS Support

Best for: Teams that already have a sales process but need it sharpened, documented, or scaled.

About Us

I help founders build the GTM side of the business, so they can focus on the product.

I'm Maggie M. Taylor, founder of The Cardinal Collective. I work as a fractional GTM partner for early-stage founders, usually SaaS, usually pre- or early-revenue, who have a product but not a repeatable way to sell it.

My focus is narrow on purpose: market positioning, enablement, and growth strategy. I come in, build the systems and playbooks, help get initial traction, and then either stay on as an advisor or hand everything off to your internal team. I'm not trying to be your agency or your full-time hire. I'm trying to get your GTM motion built and working, then get out of the way to watch you take flight.

That focus comes from a decade-plus of sales and GTM experience across B2B, SaaS, and channel sales, where I build onboarding programs, sales playbooks, and drive adoption of methodologies across the sales organization.

If you're an early-stage founder trying to figure out how to actually sell what you've built,

That's exactly the problem I like solving.
